Nailah Dillard, who initially signed with Texas after high school, has now joined the Nebraska Women's Basketball program. As she embarks on this new chapter, she is also her master's degree, showcasing her dedication both on and off the court Her journey exemplifies resilience and a commitment to personal growth.

Stephanie Okowi - Sacramento, Ca
Stephanie Okowi, a standout athlete, signed with UAPB right out of school, aiming for a second state title. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic disrupted her plans for a championship run. Known for dynamic skills on the field and her incredible character off of it, Stephanie is pursuing a degree in Rehabilitation Services, showcasing her commitment to helping others.

Gabby Rones - Sacramento, Ca
Gabby Rones took a bold step by signing with UNR right out of high school, showcasing her determination and talent. Even amidst the challenges brought on by the pandemic, she remained committed to her dreams of playing Division 1 collegiate basketball. Gabby's journey is a testament to her resilience and unwavering belief in herself. With her passion and dedication, she continues to inspire others to chase aspirations, no matter the obstacles. Gabby has now transferred to Cal-State, LA, flourishing.

Tiffany Sui - Oakland, Ca
Tiffany Sui's journey is truly inspiring. After winning a State Title during her senior year at Oakland Tech, she faced a setback with an injury in her junior that put her recruiting on hold. Taking a year off to heal, Tiffany made a strong comeback as a preferred walk-on at Nevada, eventually earning a full athletic scholarship. Her impressive skills and determination make her a valuable asset to Wolf Pack program.

Lexie Givens - Alameda, Ca
Lexie Givens made her mark by signing with UNR straight out of high school. Despite facing challenges, including missing her junior year on the AAU circuit, she showcased her talent during an impressive year. Her hard work caught the attention of coaches, to her late signing during the pandemic summer. Lexie’s determination and skill have truly set her on a promising path.

Milia Gibson - Richmond, Ca
Milia Gibson had an impressive high school career at Rodriguez High, which paved the way for her to earn a walk-on spot at Sacramento State. However, after discovering her desire for an HBCU experience, she pursued transfer. Mississippi Valley State recognized her talent and enthusiasm, extending a FULL D1 scholarship to Milia in 2021, a testament her hard work and dedication!

Lovely Sonnier, once a top prospect from Mission High School, challenges during the pandemic that hindered her growth as an athlete. However, determination never wavered, leading her to South Carolina State for a fresh start, where she made an impressive debut as a starter. Now at Long Beach State, Lovely is thriving both and off the court, playing a pivotal role in turning the program around. Her journey is a testament to her resilience and commitment to excellence in sports.

Rakyha Reid, a 6-foot athlete and State Champion, has proven to be a model of perseverance and determination. After her high school junior season was cut short due to COVID-19, and with her final AAU season canceled, a future basketball scholarship seemed uncertain. However, her unwavering faith and dedication caught the attention of South Carolina State, who saw her potential and signed her. Now in her senior year of college, Rakyha continues to excel both on and off the court, embodying the spirit of resilience and excellence.
